I suggest you ...

Netvibes does not load correctly in Chrome build 70, due to a certificate error. See https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts

As of Build 70 of Chrome Netvibes website no longer loads correctly. Ot throws the following error:
The SSL certificate used to load resources from https://cdn.netvibes.com has been distrusted. See https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts for more information.

Please update the Netvibes certificates accordingly! This is breaking your product!

This one is back in a different way. the different rss feeds will not load. Guess what... Same workaround as described below.
When will that certificate on cdn.netvives.com be fixed ?

        Temporary workaround on Chrome:
        1- Access the following URL : https://cdn.netvibes.com
2- Once you arrive on the This connection is not private, click the advanced parameter link
3- Click the Continue to the cdn.NetVibes.com site (dangerous)
4- get back to your default netvibes page, it should show up, but with the non secured warning at the top of the page

This one is for the NetVibes Staff:
        1- Contact your Certificate supplier
2- order new certificates for cdn.netvibes.com
        3- install the certificate
4- prepare for cheers from your customers

From google web site : September 13, 2018
Chrome 70 released to Beta, which will remove trust in the old Symantec-rooted Infrastructure. This will not affect any certificate chaining to the new Managed Partner Infrastructure, which Symantec has said will be operational by December 1, 2017.
Only TLS server certificates issued by Symantec’s old infrastructure will be affected by this distrust regardless of issuance date.
