I suggest you ...

Drag-and-drop for modules doesn't seem to work with the lastest version of chrome.

Works fine in IE, but not in chrome, which is what I a primarily use.

I'm having this issue suddenly on a new PC (2-in-1 laptop/tablet). Chrome is 58.0.3029.110. Win10 Home. Works in IE, Edge, and _was_ working in Chrome (maybe I just haden't tried to move anything around?). Certainly Chrome on Win7 worked fine.

Maybe this is an O/S issue rather than Chrome? Any updates since 2016?

I've got the same issue with Chrome. Another issue is the lack of any tooltip when the mouse hovers over an article of a module.
No problem with Firecfox and IE on the same PC which uses an NVidia ION GPU.
Thanks for your feedback because it makes me crazy for several months...
