I'm often away for one or two months at the time, and use to used Netvibes to keep track of some website... But with the "auto-read" feature, it makes it HARDER, instead of easier, to track what've done or not... It's incredibly annoying, and I'm not there to save absolutely everything (which I don't want anyway, I only use the save feature for super-important stuff). Is there ANY way to deactivate that feature...?3 votes
It doesn't work at all now and without it the site is useless. I note that others are having the same problem1 vote
For a long time I had to click 5-10 times but now more than 50 times, to change tab or to set "all read"
On a w8.1 computer the it's ok when using touch screen but not when clicking with mouse3 votes
Sometimes selecting an item within app view fails to open the "pop up" and just selects/deselects the chosen item instead in Chrome.6 votes
The reload function should not be so sensitive.4 votes
When entering lots of values into a potions "conditions" box, they appear in a registry under the input field. Unfortunately, this registry not only extends past the "conditions" box, but past the entire editing window. This is a problem since 1.) The scroll bar doesn't work, so you can't scroll to see all the values you've entered; 2.) It look's bad from a design standpoint, even if the scroll bar were working.
A solution to this would be to either fix the scroll bar, or better yet: wrap the elements as they are added within the "conditions" box.3 votes
Why is it that newsfeeds seem to be dying? About 2 months ago, the Yahoo! News feed, which was very active, went nearly dead. After trying a few, I ended up with USA Today, which at least had a decent amount of new entries every day. Now, that has gone totally dead.
Most of the other news feeds are from sources I don't trust, not US oriented, or generally require a subscription to read beyond the headline. If this keeps up, I may have to start using the Comcast home page! (barf)0 votes
Headlines do not show quotation marks
Instead, headlines are displayed in code making them very difficult to read. For example, here's a headline:
London terror hero Geoff Ho describes moment 'bastard in the Arsenal shirt' attacked him
When viewing in the reader view, they resolved correctly. It's in the app view (the new ugly view with so many other problems) that it's happening.2 votes
It hovers over content and continuously annoys.7 votes
Thks for your feedback
The embedded webpage widget is awesome. However, it can't add HTTPS pages. I'm trying to add Trello, which is a popular productivity tool.
While you should add native support for Trello, it would be even better to have embedded support for all HTTPS sites, so users can use them without having to wait for native support.
I can't figure out how to use this thing. I've used many RSS readers, but this thing seems to have a mind of its own.... it's deciding to display things in boxes, it's re-adding sources I don't want, it created a whole messy dashboard of dozens of feeds I don't want, and when I delete it, it just reappears again... my feeds are being displayed as separate boxes instead of a list of recent articles... this whole thing is incredibly confusing and appears unusable. I don't know what you did to this service, but when I used to last use it, a few years ago, it was very RSS reader. But now, it just appears to be a broken, unusable mess. You should make it so that ordinary people can understand how to use it, and stop it from acting like it has a mind of its own.

Is there a way to unhide App headers after they have been hidden?11 votes
A recent update to the Netvibes dashboard introduced a grey text box that expands on the RSS feed item. This box can't be removed or turned odd an often covers up the next news or feed item. There needs to be a setting or touch/mouse gesture to clear thes annoying boxes of text.9 votes
When I open a feed item in a new browser tab with middle mouse click, then please mark that item as read.
This function correctly works in IE, but not in Chrome or Firefox. CTRL + left click correctly marks it as read in all three browser.
Maybe it is caused by a regression, because it worked two weeks ago.
Thank you very much!5 votes
Enable darker font color in both the app view and reader view. Also, fonts are too small, regardless of settings format chosen, or number of columns.
Please FIX THIS! Thank you.4 votes

I would change the link to my netvibes.
It is called: http://www.netvibes.com/isabelleperez
I want to remove my name isabelle perez.
Is it possible to make it more anonymous?

I cannot create a new rss app nor update the urls on my existing apps. I keep getting an Internal Server Error as shown in the attached screenshot.3 votes
I would like a view option that adds a 3rd column so that when I open an article, the next and previous article headlines stay in view. So basically, you'd have:
Column 1 - list of subscriptions
Column 2 - list of articles in selected subscription or folder
Column 3 - a view of the article selected in column 2.
It seems you have a real problem! I might consider paying for VIP if you keep your start page updated without problems. If not how do you expect anyone to pay for a crappy startpage. Even IGHome can't keep there startpage working properly.4 votes
