Is there an ability to filter search results based on geographic location?

Location-based search is available for Twitter content.  Keyword search based on locations mentioned in a text is available for all content.

Twitter Search app
1- Add the Twitter Search app to your dashboard

2- Search Google Maps for the Country or City you want to locate
Example: maps.google.fr/maps?q=Paris

3- Retrieve the geocode from the URL address

The geocode locates the center of the country or city you have entered.

4
- Enter this geocode in the Twitter Search app settings

5- You now have to determine the maximum distance to the city or country limits.
Click on Directions on Google Maps, and select the walking mode.

On the map, select the city or country limit, and check the distance to it. Here for Paris, it is about 6 kilometers.

6- Enter this maximum distance in the Twitter Search app settings

Do not forget to select the right unit: kilometers or miles.

7- Confirm changes by clicking on the "Done" button. Results will automatically update.
