Sometimes third-party browser enhancements can cause problems with Netvibes. If you've tried our steps to clear your browser's cache and your dashboard still isn't loading correctly, you can turn your browser's enhancements (extensions or plugins) off or try private/incognito mode to see if that resolves the issue.
