How do I change my password?

  • Click on Profile
  • Edit my profile
  • Your password
  • Enter your old password
  • New password
  • confirm password
  • Save changes

A recover password email can be found in you Inbox. If you don't receive the email after a couple of minutes, please check your Spam folder.

  • Lost Password
  • enter your details
  • Send

How to change my email address?

  • Click on Profile
  • Edit my profile
  • Your email
  • enter a new email address
  • Save changes

A confirmation message will be sent to your new email address. If you don't receive the email after a couple of minutes, please check your Spam folder.

How do I export an OPML file?

There are 2 methods of exporting an OPML file:

1. Profile

  • Click on Profile
  • Edit my Profile
  • Your feeds
  • Export my feeds
  • OK

Your feeds are now saved into your OPML file.

2. Add Content

  • Click on Add Content
  • Add a feed
  • Export
  • Choose file
  • OK

Your feeds are now saved into your OPML file.

I want to cancel my account

Please send an email via the ‘Send us your feedback!’ feature at the foot of your netvibes page. Please provide instructions including why you want to cancel and we'll update our Quality Assurance stats.

I want to change my language of my page

  • Select “Settings” at the top right of your page
  • Click on “Languages”
  • Click on preferred language
  • Done.

Why doesn't my account exist?

If you get the following message: ‘There is no match in the database, check your information and try again’, try the following:

  1. Rewrite your mail address and password
  2. Try to recover your password. If you have the same error, there is a problem in your mail address.
  3. Try to recover your password with all your mail addresses.
  4. When your netvibes account was first created, did you receive an e-mail with your password and your login? If so, can you try to find it?
  5. Are you absolutely sure you created an account? Note: With netvibes, you are able to use the product without creating an account.
  6. Did you ever access your account on another computer?

Even after trying all of the above, you are still unable to access to your account, please send us an email via the Feedback Form at http://www.netvibes.com/static.php?show=feedback.
