Due to the high volume of email reports, we are not always able to provide prompt and individual answers. We are, however, always working on solutions to resolve problems and improve netvibes' performance. If your issue is listed below, we are aware of it and are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Comcast.net users

Comcast.net users can't receive emails from Netvibes anymore.

After signing up please contact our Support team: your account will be manually activated even if you don't receive any answer.

The problem is now fixed.

Solved issues

User activities feed

The activities feed can't be added in feed readers and is marked as invalid.

This problem is now fixed.

Hotmail widget

Due to changes made at Microsoft, the Hotmail widget is not available. Message: “Hotmail is temporarily unavailable, please come back later”

This problem is now fixed.
