Now the links will be open in a new tab or in a new window.

All my module are in a Recycle and found folder. How do I restore my account?

When trying to access your netvibes page and all the modules are in tab called Recycle and found, this is due to a desynchronization with our server.

Do not move any module and use this url: http://www.netvibes.com/?reset_cache=1

Your page will be refresh with all the modules in the correct place.

If you move modules, this url will not work and we will not able to restore the previous organisation.

Have you recently added a third-party module into your page?

Have you got an another browser on your computer? If yes can you try to access to netvibes with it, then remove the last module?

If you don't have another browser, as netvibes is loading press the esc key several times until all modules are stuck on loading. When all the modules are stuck, remove the last module.

If you don't know which module is crashing netvibes:

  • Click several times on the esc key, until all the modules are stuck on loading.
  • Click on Settings on the top right of your page
  • In the General tab check the option: Only load modules for current tab - Reduces load for slow connections.
  • Reload netvibes, and load all your tab one by one until netvibes crash.
  • Before loading an another tab just wait for the end of the loading all the module in the current one.

If netvibes is crashing when you open a new tab, the module that is crashing netvibes is here.

* Go to your browser and paste http://www.netvibes.com?disableIframe=1
* When your netvibes page reloads, go to the Web Page module and either delete the module from your page or use another URL
